Malaysian Home Cooking - Stir Fry KAI LAN

KAI LAN
 
 
KAI LAN Shred
 
 
Boiled in hot water for a short while to shorten the time for stir frying
 

Heat up Garlic & Ginger with oil
 

Add in Kai Lan & stir frying
 

Stir Frying
 
 
Add water if needed for the KAI LAN to be tender


Serve with Oyster Sauce
