Malaysian Home Cooking - Pork Liver with Beansprout

For those who like the creamy liver taste, you will like this
 
 
 
The technique to cook this dish :
1) soaked the sliced liver in cold water
2) to scald the liver with hot water, make sure that the liver are HALF-COOKED in the hot water
3) Fried Beansprout then add in half-cooked liver
Make sure you do not overcooked the liver till harden, then you will have the creamy liver
