Malaysian Home Cooking - Fried Bittergourd Seed Pockets

Everytimes you cook bittergourd, you will dick out the seeds at the center & throw away ? This is a very tasty dish you cannot missed.
 
Seed Pockets which you normally removed from the center of the Bittergourd
 

Remove the seeds
 
 
Cut & throw the seeds from the seeds pockets, then deep fried with oil at low heat.
 

Sprinkle with salt & pepper & ready to eat
