Malaysian Home Cooking - Fried Wolfberry Shrub with Eggs

 


 
Washed & Drained Wolfberry Shrub
 
 
Leaves of Wolfberry Shrub
 

Eggs with seasoning
 

Stir frying the leaves 1st
 
 
Pour in the Eggs
 

Wait the eggs set
 

Fold over for the other side to cook
 
 
Press for it to cook evenly
 

Well cooked with some egg crisp
 
 
 Ready to serve
