Ingredients :
2.5kg Pork Belly
2 tblsp Chinese five spice powder
2 tblsp Salt
Vinegar, for brushing the skin only
Methods :
1. Mix the salt with Chinese five spice powder
2. Marinade the bones side with the five spice powder mixture
3. Leave to marinade for 5-6hrs, you can leave it in the fridge overnight
4. Preheat oven 180*C for 20mins
5. Bake the meat for 45mins - 1 hr with upper heat
