Pandan & Santan
What can we do with Pandan & Santan ?
Santan, coconut cream squeezed from freshly shredded coconut
Shredded Pandan leave, a kind of fragrance leaves grown in tropical lands
Adding some water to the Pandan leaves in the blender, it will come out the Pandan juice ready for flavourings
