Malaysian Nyonya Kuih - Cemperdak Goreng (Cemperdak Fritters)

This is a type of tropical fruit named Cemperdak in Borneo.

 
This is what we normally make into :
 
Take out the Cemperdak fruits, coated with batter & deep fry
 
 
Cemperdak Fritters
