Today my dad wanted to try out making Chendol, a typical Malaysian dessert which he has never make before, so we made this dessert with guessing & judging. Here is the steps :
Pandan Juice after blending the Pandan leaves with water
Pouring Pandan juice to flour mixture
Add more Pandan juice to flour mixture
Mixing
Stir to mix well
Well mixed
Pou onto a Wok to heat up
Stir so that it mix well to form Jelly texture
Squeeze the batter to come out from the holes
Dropping to the ice water
A pot of Chendol ready to be served with brown sugar syrup & coconut cream with ice water
