Recipes - Mermaid Cup Cake



400g          Margerine/Butter/Salad oil
400g          Sugar
8                 Large Eggs
500g          High Protein Flour
50g             Corn Flour
3 tsp           Baking powder
1 tsp           Cream of Tartar
2 tblsp       Mermaid Condensed Milk
4 tblsp       Water



Methods :

1.  Cream butter with sugar till fluffy
2.  Add in eggs one by one
3.  Fold flour mixture, milk & water till well mixed.
4.  Pre-heat oven 10mins
5.  Fill 2/3 cup full, bake for 25-30mins at 180*C



Note :

1.  Dont overbeat flour batter, cake would come out very elastic
2.  You can melt coffee powder(any flavour), Milo, cocoa powder into the water to create any flavour you want.
3.  Can also fold in raisins, blueberries, banana for different flavour.
