Recipes - Adeline Wong's Christmas Cookies

 



250g       Butter
125g       Sugar
150g       Almond Power
1 tblsp    Almond Essence
1             Egg(size A)
300g       Plain Flour
100g       Corn Flour


Coating flour :~  icing sugar(1) : milk powder(1) : cooked flour(1)

Methods :

1) Mixed the ingredients well & mould to 3cm ball
2) Bake 25 mins @ 170*C, put at middle rack in the oven
3) While hot, roll them in the coating flour for snowy appearance
