  1. SORRY, wrongly wrote this as Pulut Panggang, its KORUPIS instead. The differences between Pulut Panggang & Korupis :
    Korupis is steamed & wrapped with Daun(leaf) Nirik or the Malaysian Chinese call Katong leaves whereas Pulut Panggang is baked & wrapped with Banana Leaves. The ingredients used for both are the same. Check the ingredients photos for Daun Nirik, always use the side with 'bone' for the rice.
