Malaysian Home Cooking - Black Pepper Lamb Shoulder

Black Pepper Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients :

Lamb Shoulder                      4 slices
Grounded Black Pepper        2 tsp
Black Pepper Sauce               5 tblsp
Tomato Sauce                       3 tblsp
Al Sauce                                2 tblsp
Light Soy Sauce                    1 tblsp
Sugar                                     1/2 tsp
Ginger Slices                         4
Black Garlic                          1 grove
Cooking Oil                           2 tblsp
Water                                     1.5 lit, cover up all the meat



Cooking Methods :

1.   In a wok/pan, put cooking oil & stir fry garlic & ginger, add in lamb shoulder
2.   Pour in water & add in other ingredients
3.   Low heat cook for about 1 hr till meat is soft. In the process if water dries up, add  more water.
